【配送ポリシー / Shipping Policy】

 

発送元：日本

発送先：日本以外の全世界（日本国内への発送は行っておりません）

送料：1冊目2,000円、2冊目以降は1冊につき1,200円（チェックアウト時に加算）。

発送までの日数：ご注文確認後、原則として5営業日以内に発送いたします。日本の土曜日・日曜日および祝日は営業日に含まれません。

 

予約商品(発売日が表示されている未発売の商品)については、商品ページに記載の発売予定日以降に発送いたします。発売日は変更になる場合があります。

在庫状況等によるキャンセル：在庫切れなど、やむを得ない事由がある場合、当店の判断でご注文をキャンセルさせていただくことがあります。その場合はお支払いいただいた代金を全額返金いたします。

配送方法・関税について：商品は原則として日本郵便によりDDU（関税・税金別払い）条件で発送されます。輸入時に発生する関税、付加価値税（VAT）等の税金は、各国の法令に基づき受取人（お客様）のご負担となります。

分割発送について：日本郵便の国際郵便には1個口あたりの重量上限（2kgなど、発送方法・配送先により異なります）があるため、ご注文の冊数・重量によっては商品を複数の小包に分けて発送する場合がございます。その場合、小包ごとに追跡番号をお知らせし、到着日が小包ごとに異なることがあります。分割発送による追加料金はかかりません。

追跡番号：発送時に、追跡可能なトラッキング番号をメールにてお知らせいたします。発送後の商品は、日本郵便および配送先国の提携配送業者を通じてお客様にお届けされます。

お届けまでの日数：国際郵便を利用するため、お届け先の国・地域によって大幅に異なります（目安として発送後約10～30日程度）。

免責事項：発送後の商品について、当店は責任を負いません。通関手続きによる配送の遅延・保留・返送、またはお客様が商品を受け取らなかった場合であっても、返金の対象とはなりませんのであらかじめご了承ください。

配送状況の確認：発送後、追跡番号をメールでご案内いたします。

 

Shipping from Japan to all countries except Japan (we do not ship within Japan). Shipping is ¥2,000 for the first book and ¥1,200 for each additional book, added at checkout.

Processing time: orders are shipped, in principle, within 5 business days of order confirmation. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Japan are not counted as business days.

Cancellations: we reserve the right, at our discretion, to cancel an order for unavoidable reasons such as an item being out of stock. In that case you will receive a full refund.

Carrier & customs: orders are shipped, in principle, via Japan Post on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Any customs duties, value-added tax (VAT), or other charges imposed under the laws of the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Split shipments: Japan Post international mail has a per-parcel weight limit (e.g. 2 kg, depending on the shipping method and destination). Depending on the number of books and total weight, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels. Each parcel has its own tracking number and may arrive on a different day. There is no additional charge for split shipments.

Tracking: at the time of shipment we will email you a trackable tracking number. After shipment, your order is delivered by Japan Post and its partner delivery carriers in the destination country.

Delivery time varies significantly by destination since international mail is used (approx. 10-30 days after shipment as a general guide).

Liability: we are not responsible for the package once it has been shipped. Refunds will not be issued for delivery delays, holds, or returns caused by customs processing, nor in cases where the customer fails to receive the order.

Pre-order items (products showing a release date that has not yet arrived) will be shipped after the release date listed on the product page. Release dates are subject to change.
