Delivery timing
In principle, orders ship within 5 business days of order confirmation (Japanese Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not business days). Delivery time depends on the destination (see our Shipping Policy).
Pre-order items (unreleased products showing a release date) ship after the release date shown on the product page. Release dates are subject to change.
Returns and exchanges
Except for defective or incorrectly shipped items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience. See our Refund Policy for details.
Cancellations
We may cancel an order before shipment based on stock or supply availability or at our discretion. In that case we will contact you promptly and refund the full amount paid.
Pricing or product information errors
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a system failure or input error, we may cancel the order before shipment. In that case we will contact you and refund the full amount paid.
Defective items
For missing or misbound pages, shipping damage or an incorrect item, contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery. We will reship the same item or issue a refund. Minor shelf wear from distribution (light rubbing or small creases) is considered normal for new books and is not covered.
