About us
NINJAPAN BOOKSTORE is an online store for Japanese-language books, run by a bookshop in Kyoto, Japan. We send brand-new books, manga and light novels published in Japan – the original Japanese editions – to readers outside Japan.
Shipping
- We ship worldwide (except within Japan) with Japan Post, with a tracking number.
- Orders ship within 5 business days; delivery usually takes 7–14 days after shipment (rarely up to about 30).
- Shipping is added at checkout and costs less per book from the second book. The amounts are shown on each product page and in the cart.
- US orders: we handle US customs clearance, so there are no duties or import fees to pay on delivery (a US$4.99 clearance fee is included in shipping).
Shop with confidence
- Return any book within 15 days of delivery, for any reason, and we refund the full book price (see our Refund Policy).
- Payment goes through Shopify's secure checkout: credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more.
